DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check the voltage
  • Poor connector connection
  • HO2S (Bank1, Sensor2)
Enable Conditions
  • Vehicle speed 40 km/h (24.8 MPH)
  • Engine speed 832 to 3360 RPM
  • Atmospheric pressure is higher than 75 kPa
  • Oxygen sensor activation status
  • Sensor ceramic temperature is greater than 800°C (1472°F)
  • When the upstream oxygen sensor heating time is more than 30 seconds, it is in the maximum heating or normal heating state
  • Sensor ceramic temperature is greater than 620°C (1148°F)
  • When the downstream oxygen sensor heating time is more than 80 seconds, it is in the maximum heating or normal heating state
  • Catalyst temperature 520 to 957°C (968 to 1754.6°F)
Threshold Value
  • The lean to rich delay time at oxygen sensor concentration is more than 0.8 seconds
Diagnostic Time
  • 25s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
