| DTC Strategy |
- Rationality check, Characteristic line shift rich
|
- Poor connector connection
- Faulty upstream O2 sensor
- Fuel leakage
- Improper fuel pressure
- Restricted intake system
|
| Enable Conditions |
Case 1 |
- Stable driving condition
- Battery voltage is at between 10 and 16V
- Catalyst purge after fuel cut off not active
- Upstream O2 sensor operative readiness
- Downstream O2 sensor operative readiness
- Active test not activated
- Engine speed is higher than 600 RPM
- Mass air flow is lower than 83g/s (300kg/h)
- Exhaust gas temperature is at between 572°F (300°C) and 1472°F (800°C)
|
| Case 2 |
- Fuel cut off not active
- Full load not active (Accel pedal value is higher than 90%)
- Catalyst overheating protection not active (Catalyst model temperature is lower than 950°C (1742°F))
- Battery voltage is at between 10 and 16V
|
| Threshold Value |
Case 1 |
- Plausibility between upstream and downstream
- Upstream lambda value is lower than 0.9 and downstream O2 signal voltage is lower than 0.05V
|
| Case 2 |
- Lambda value is lower than 1.05
|
| Diagnostic Time |
Case 1 |
- 5 to 100s (Depending on intake air mass)
|
| Case 2 |
- 10s after lambda set-point shift to corresponding side
