DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical check - check symptoms related to lambda sensor open circuit
  • Poor connection
  • Open or short power/ground in signal circuit
  • Faulty HO2S (Sensor1)
Enable Conditions
  • Upstream O2 sensor operative readiness detected
  • Battery voltage is at between 11 and 16V
Threshold Value
  • Pumping current trim circuit open (VRC)
  • Signal is higher than 4.7V during fuel cut off
Diagnostic Time
  • 2.3s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
