DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Response time monitor
  • Poor connector connection
  • HO2S (Bank 2, Sensor 2)
  • ECM
Enable Condition
  • Battery voltage greater than 10.7V
  • Engine speed is between 1000 to 6500 RPM
  • Catalyst temperature is between 350 and 900°C (662 and 1652°F)
Threshold Value
  • HO2S voltage change of 0.63 to 0.2V greater than 0.8 second at fuel cut-off
Diagnostic Time
  • 6 times O2 sensor cycles
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
