DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check signal characteristic excessive variation
  • Poor connector connection
  • HO2S (Bank 2, Sensor 1)
  • Blocking of intake system
Enable Condition
  • Catalytic model temperature is 200 to 950°C (392 to 1652°F)
  • Target air fuel ratio is 1
  • Above two conditions are satisfied and the amount of emissions is at least 0g
Threshold Value
  • HO2S calibration value greater than 8%
Diagnostic Time
  • 15s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
