Hydraulic System Bleeding: Notes
CAUTION:
During bleeding operation, maintain power steering fluid level between the minimum and maximum levels. Because of high system pressures, open bleeder screw with care. DO NOT move steering wheel or increase engine speed when bleeder screw is open.
CAUTION:
To avoid overheating fluid, DO NOT hold steering wheel in full lock position for more than 30 seconds. Power steering system seals can be damaged. Allow about 60 seconds for fluid to cool.
