Removal & Installation (Discovery)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove windshield washer reservoir mounting screws and set reservoir aside. Remove 2 ECM cover screws and remove cover. See Fig 1. Disconnect 3 ECM harness connectors. Remove 2 ECM retaining screws. Release ECM from lower retainers and remove ECM. To install, reverse removal procedure.
