TPMS Reset Procedures: Notes

NOTE: If tire inflation pressure has been changed, tire pressure sensor or TPM ECU has been replaced, or if a wheel has changed position (i.e., swapped axles or spare tire fitted as road wheel), the TPM system need to be reinitialized.

When the tire pressure warning light illuminates and warning message appears, immediately check air pressure of all tires and adjust to the specified pressure. Reinitialze the TPM system. Ensure warning indicators go out.
