COMPACT DISC PLAYER MODULE (CDP) DTCs

DTC	Description	Possible Causes	Action
B1D19-71	Compact Disc Unit - Actuator stuck	CD release actuator stuck - mechanism error (jammed)	This DTC may be logged following an unsuccessful attempt to eject the CD magazine. Check for incorrectly loaded discs and that the magazine ejects smoothly. Clear the DTC and test the operation of the unit. If the problem persists, renew the player. Refer to the warranty policy and Procedures information if a module is suspect.
B1D19-98	Compact Disc Unit - Component or system over temperature	Compact disc unit over-temperature or under-temperature Recorded temperature below -30 or greater than +80°C.	Consider the environmental conditions before condemning the unit. Allow the unit temperature to stabilize/normalize, clear the DTC and test the operation of the unit. If the problem persists, renew the player. Refer to the warranty policy and Procedures information if a module is suspect.
U0184-87	Lost Communication With Radio - Missing message	Media orientated system transport (MOST) communication error detected	Carry out the general media orientated system transport (MOST) test. Refer to the Network Communications instructions of the workshop information and in the approved diagnostic system, where available.
