ISSUE
Incorrect geometry data being used when checking or adjusting four wheel alignment.
ACTION
Prior to completing any wheel alignment work please ensure the correct geometry data is loaded to the alignment equipment.
Where the alignment is sublet to a 3rd party, the latest specifications should be given to the 3rd party when the vehicle is handed over and checked to ensure adjusted correctly.
Geometry specifications changed at 10 MY for Range Rover Sport. The introduction of Discovery 4/LR4 also differs from Discovery 3/LR3 due to suspension improvements. It is therefore very important to ensure the correct specifications are used.
