ISSUE
Global Diagnostic Support have received reports that some module update applications are not being displayed in TOPIx Cloud.
CAUSE
If the module is at the latest software level that has been formally released to service, then the update application will not be displayed.
ACTION
To confirm if the module is at the latest software level complete the steps listed below:
- Select the DIDs button in the top righthand corner of the Vehicle Data section when in the Diagnostics tab.
- When the DIDs list is displayed look for the module that is not displaying the update application.
If the module has a green tick and 'Latest' displayed, then the module is at the latest software and the update application will not be displayed.
