ISSUE
When carrying out Q355 there is potential of a software download failure on the initial attempt.
CAUSE
An unknown communication concern.
ACTION
Once the GSM has been re-flashed, the GSM may fail to rise following this re-flash.
- Please re-run the application on a second attempt.
- An ignition cycle will then need to be performed to initiate the new software.
