Symptom 000101 Diagnostic Concerns
ISSUE
It has come to our attention that the function of BMIS is being compromised by incorrect information being entered when registering Midtronics EXP-1080 and GRX-3080 battery test equipment on the system.
CAUSE
Incorrect retailer codes and locations are being entered which affects the accuracy of the data available to retailers on the history of a vehicle and the battery care carried out on that vehicle.
ACTION
Please revisit your registration and confirm that the details used for registration are correct to get the most benefit from BMIS.
