Anti-Lock Brake System Control Module - LHD: Installation

NOTE: This step is only required if previously removed.

Install the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) Module onto the bracket.

Torque: 27 Nm
Install the ABS module.

Torque: 10 Nm
Connect the electrical connector.
CAUTION:
- Care must be taken not to bend or damage the brake pipes during installation.
- Following installation a visual inspection must be completed to make sure the brake pipe(s) are routed and secured correctly. The brake pipe(s) must not touch the body or surrounding components
- Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.
Install the brake pipes.

Torque: 15 Nm
CAUTION:
- Care must be taken not to bend or damage the brake pipes during installation.
- Following installation a visual inspection must be completed to make sure the brake pipe(s) are routed and secured correctly. The brake pipe(s) must not touch the body or surrounding components
- Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.
Install the brake pipes.

Torque: 15 Nm
Install the coolant expansion tank.
Refer to: COOLANT EXPANSION TANK .
Install the air cleaner.
Refer to: LEFT AIR CLEANER .

Refer to: LEFT AIR CLEANER .
Install the engine cover.
Refer to: ENGINE COVER - V6 S/C 3.0L PETROL .

Refer to: ENGINE COVER - TDV6 3.0L DIESEL .
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .
Bleed the brake system.
Refer to: BRAKE SYSTEM BLEEDING FLOATING CALIPER .
