ISSUE
JLR is investigating retailers updating vehicle electronic control modules and no session files uploaded onto the JLR servers.
CAUSE
Unknown at this time.
ACTION
Please ensure during each diagnostic session Pathfinder remains connected to the internet and uploads the session file automatically when the session is concluded.
There is a minimum download speed of 2mbps per diagnostic machine in the workshop (e.g. If the workshop has 10 machines, a minimum 20mbps is required), if these requirements are not met it could affect the file upload.
JLR is currently working on a solution for this concern. Session file data is crucial to improving the quality of our vehicles Thank you in advance for your assistance with this matter.
