PATHFINDER is not able to identify the variant of some modules, this causes the following options to be deactivated within PATHFINDER:

The software loaded to the module is later than the software available within PATHFINDER.

Use TOPIx Cloud to diagnose the concern.

If the option required is not available within TOPIx Cloud, a Technical Assistance (TA) must be raised.

NOTE: DO NOT replace the module unless advised through the TA if you experience this concern.
