DTC B14B5-12: WiFi Antenna #1 - Circuit Short To Battery: Action

Only on vehicles with secure tracker feature installed
Failure to do so may result in any warranty claim being rejected
- The Telematics Control Unit Module (TCU) must be placed into service mode before proceeding
- Service mode disables all alert triggers except movement alert, the TCU can be put into service mode in 2 ways:
- Call Centre - Owner calls and requests that the vehicle be put in service mode
- Mobile App - Owner enables service mode
- If the TCU is not set into service mode, then communication to and from the TCU may be lost, which may prevent the vehicle starting
Failure to do so may result in any warranty claim being rejected
- Refer to electrical circuit diagrams and check the WiFi antenna circuit for short circuit to power. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
