Idle Up Control Valve: Service and Repair

PROCEDURE

Removal





1. Disconnect negative (-) terminal cable from battery.

CAUTION: Work must be started after 90 seconds from the time the ignition switch is turned to the LOCK position and the negative (-) terminal cable is disconnected from the battery.

2. Remove Air Conditioning Idle-Up Valve.





- Disconnect the Air Conditioning Idle-Up Valve connecter.
- Disnonnect the 2 air hoses.
- Remove the 2 bolts and Air Conditioning Idle-Up Valve.

Installation

1. Reinstall Air Conditioning Idle-Up Valve.





- Install the Air Conditioning Idle-Up Valve with the 2 bolts.
- Connect the air hose.
- Connect the Air Conditioning Idle-Up Valve connector.

2. Reconnect negative (-) terminal cable to battery.
