Terminals Of Ecu

  1. DRIVER DOOR ECU

    1. INSPECT DOOR ECU
      1. Check the voltage and continuity between each terminal of the vehicle's side connector.

      Standard: 

      STANDARD CHART

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Condition STD Voltage
      D19-1 <=> Body ground (GND - Body ground) W-B <=> Body ground Constant Continuity
      D19-4 <=> D19-1 (CPUB <=> GND) L-0 <=> W-B Constant 10 - 14 V
      D19-5 <=> D19-1 (SIG <=> GND) V-W <=> W-B Ignition switch OFF --> ON 0V --> 10 - 14 V
      D19-6 <=> D19-1 (BDR <=> GND) B-R <=>. W-B Constant 10 - 14 V
      D19-13 <=> D19-1 (HTR- <=> GND) W-B <=> W-B Constant Continuity
      D19-13 <=> D19-1 (HTR+ <=> GND) R-W <=> W-B Constant Continuity
      NOTE: If the value is not as specified, a malfunction exists in the vehicle's side.
    2. Connect connectors and check the voltage between each terminal of the connectors.

      Standard:

      D19-20 <=> D 19-1 (#M+ R <=> GND) R-B <=> W-B Driver outside view mirror OFF --> turning down OFF --> turning right 10 - 14 --> 0 V
      D19-19 <=> D19-1 (#MHR <=> GND) LG <=> W-B Driver outside view mirror OFF --> turning left 10 - 14 V -->0 V
      D19-8 <=> D19-1 (#MVR <=> GND) LG-B <=> W-B Driver outside view mirror OFF --> burning up 10 - 14 V --> 0 V
      D19-15 <=> D19-1 (EC+ <=> GND) 0 <=> W-B Driver outside view mirror OFF --> turning right and left 10 - 14 V --> 0 V
      D19-26 <=> D 19-1 (HSSR <=> GND) GR <=> W-B Driver outside view mirror OFF --> turning right and left 1O - 14 V --> O V
      D19-25 <=> D19-1 (#E2 <=> GND) R <=> W-B Driver outside view mirror OFF --> turning right and left 10 - 14 V --> 0 V
      D19-16 <=> D19-1 (VSSR <=> GND) G-0 <=> W-B Driver outside view mirror OFF --> turning up and down 10 - 14 V --> 0 V
    NOTE: If the value is not as specified, a malfunction exists in the door ECU or the communication line
  2. PASSENGER DOOR ECU

    1. INSPECT DOOR ECU
      1. Check the voltage and continuity between each terminal of the vehicle's side connector.

      P11-5 <=> P11-1 (SIG <=> GND) V-W <=> W-B Ignition switch OFF --> ON 0 V --> 10 - 14 V
      P11-6 <=> P11-1 (BDR <=> GND) G-Y <=> W-B Constant 0 V --> 4 10 - 14 V
      P11-22 <=> P11-1 (HTR <=> GND) W-B <=> W-B Constant Continuity
      P11-13 <=> P11-1 (HTR+ <=> GND) R-W <=> W-B Constant Continuity
      NOTE: If the value is not as specified, a malfunction exists in the vehicle's side.
    2. Connect connectors and check the voltage between each terminal of the connectors.

      Standard:
