Front Bumper: Replacement

HINT:

Installation is in the reverse order of removal. But the installation is indicated only when it has a point.

REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
1. Remove the 2 screws.
2. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips and a part of the front fender liner.
  HINT:
  
  Remove the screw and the front fender liner LH within the range that the front bumper cover can be removed.

REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
1. Remove the 9 screws.
2. Using a screwdriver, remove the clip.
3. Disconnect the 4 connectors.
4. Disconnect the hooks and remove the front bumper cover.

REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE BAR SUB-ASSY RH
1. Remove the 2 bolts.
2. Remove the nut and front bumper side bar.

REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH
1. Remove the bolt and front bumper side support.
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY NO.2 RH
1. Remove the screw and front bumper stay.
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY NO.2 LH
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSY
1. Disconnect the cooler thermistor connector.
2. Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.
REMOVE FOG LAMP ASSY RH (See REPLACEMENT )
REMOVE FOG LAMP ASSY LH (See REPLACEMENT )
REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LAMP LENS RH
1. Remove the nut and side turn signal lamp lens.
REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LAMP LENS LH
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET
1. Remove the 2 bolts and front bumper extension mounting bracket.
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH
1. Disconnect the hooks and remove the front bumper hole cover.
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSY
1. Install the front bumper reinforcement with 6 bolts.
  Torque: 72 N.m (754 kgf.cm, 53 ft.lbf)
