Fuel Lid: Installation

INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING LID
Using a riveter, install the fuel filler opening lid with the 2 rivets to the body.

NOTE:
- Do not prize a riveter, as riveter is damaged, it is not tightened and the mandrel is bent.

- Do not tilt the riveter and disconnect the rivet from the material while handling a riveter, as the materials are not tightened firmly.

- Install the rivet while attaching materials, as they are not tightened firmly.
INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING SPRING

INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING LID LOCK RETAINER
Install the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer with the nut.
INSTALL FUEL TANK CAP HANGER

INSTALL FUEL FILLER SHIELD
1. Remove the fuel tank cap.
2. Install the fuel filler shield to the body.
3. Install the fuel tank cap quickly.
  CAUTION: Always keep the tank cap closed when it is not required to be open. Keep all fire away during the operation.
4. Install the 4 screws.

INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL
1. Install the fuel filler lid opener solenoid with the nut.
2. Connect the connector.

3. Install the nut.

INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM SIDE COVER LH
1. Install the luggage compartment trim side cover LH with the 2 clips.
2. Install the luggage hold belt striker with the bolt.

3. Install the side trim tool bag cover.

INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
1. Install the rear floor finish plate with 5 clips.
2. Install the luggage hold belt strikers with 2 bolts.
INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD
1. install the deck trim side board with the clip.
2. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.
