How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot in accordance with the procedure in the following.

  1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP 
  2. PROBLEM SYMPTOM CONFIRMATION 
    1. If the symptom does not occur, proceed to A.
    2. If the symptom occurs, proceed to  B.

    A: SYMPTOM SIMULATION

  4. INSPECTION (See  PRE-CHECK  ) 
  5. IDENTIFICATION OF PROBLEM 
  6. REPAIR OR REPLACE

Before troubleshooting: 

  1. Using the tester, check the battery voltage.

    Standard Voltage: 10 - 14 V 

  2. Perform a visual check for blown fuses, and poor connections in connectors.
