Height Control Valve Sub-ASSY No.1: Replacement

  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEELS 
  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH 
  3. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSY NO.1 
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Disconnect the under side air tube (see PRECAUTION ).
    3. Disconnect the 3 side air tubes (see PRECAUTION ).
    4. Remove the 2 nuts and height control valve sub-assy No.1.

  4. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSY NO.1 
    1. Install the height control valve sub-assy No.1 with 2 nuts.

      Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in. lbf) 

    2. Connect the 3 side air tubes (see PRECAUTION ).
    3. Connect the under side air tube (see PRECAUTION ).
    4. Connect the connector.

  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH 
  6. INSTALL FRONT WHEELS 

    Torque: 103 N.m (1,050 kgf.cm, 76 ft.lbf) 

  7. INSPECT AIR LEAK (SEE  ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION  )
