Inspection Procedure

  1. Check ECU-B2 fuse. 
    1. NG : Check for short in all the harness and components connected to the ECU-B2 fuse, and repair them. 
    2. OK : GO TO NEXT STEP 
  2. Check continuity between terminal SGND of Power Seat Control ECU connector and body ground. 

    CHECK: 

    Measure resistance between terminal SGND of Power Seat Control ECU connector and body ground.

    OK: 

    1. Resistance: Continuity (below 1 Ω) 
    1. NG : Repair or replace harness or connector. 
    2. OK : GO TO NEXT STEP

  3. Check voltage between terminal SYSB of Power Seat Control ECU connector and body ground. 

    CHECK: 

    Measure voltage between terminal SYSB of Power Seat Control ECU connector and body ground.

    OK: 

    1. Voltage: 10 - 14 V 
    1. OK : Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptom table (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  ). 
    2. NG : Repair or replace harness or connector.
