Automatic belt tensioner is used on LX 470. Adjustment is not required. Belt must be replaced if arrow mark on automatic belt tensioner is not within area "A". See Figure.

DRIVE BELT ROUTING 

Automatic belt tension is used to provide proper tension on serpentine drive belt. For serpentine drive belt routing, see Fig 1.
