Millimeter Wave Radar Sensor Power Source Circuit: Wiring Diagram
- CHECK DISTANCE CONTROL ECU (IGB VOLTAGE)
- Disconnect the B8 sensor connector.
- Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.
Standard voltage
TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION CHARTTester Connection Condition Specified Condition B8-5 (IGB) - Body ground Engine switch on (IG) 10 to 16 V
NG : Go to step 3

OK : GO TO NEXT STEP
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR - ECM AND BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the B8 sensor connector.
- Disconnect the A6 ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION CHARTTester Connection Specified Condition A6-29 (LGND) - B8-1 (LGND) Below 1 Ω B8-1 (LGND) - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher B8-2 (SGND) - Body ground Below 1 Ω
NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE WIRE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR
OK : PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR - DISTANCE CONTROL ECU)
- Disconnect the B8 sensor connector.
- Disconnect the K13 ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION CHARTTester Connection Specified Condition B8-5 (IGB) - K13-13 (IGB) Below 1 Ω K13-13 (IGB) - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher
NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE WIRE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR
OK : PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
