Inspect Intake Air Control Valve

With 39.9 kPa (300 mm Hg, 11.8 in.Hg) of vacuum applied to the actuator, check that the actuator rod moves. See Fig 1.
One minute after applying the vacuum, check that the actuator rod does not return. If operation is not as specified, replace the intake manifold.
