NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, initialize the following systems after the cable is reconnected.

- INSPECTION PRECAUTION FOR LEXUS LINK SYSTEM
- When the Mayday battery runs low, the Mayday ECU sets DTC 6-1. Perform troubleshooting according to the malfunction indicated by 6-1.
- WHEN REPLACING MAYDAY ECU
- If replacement of the ECU is necessary, replace the Mayday battery (backup battery) together with the ECU. After the replacement, register the ECU.
