Inspection Procedure
NOTE:
When the millimeter wave radar sensor is replaced with a new one, adjustment of the radar sensor beam axis must be performed (see ADJUSTMENT
).
- ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR
- Adjust the millimeter wave radar sensor (see ADJUSTMENT
).
HINT:
It is necessary to make the hybrid vehicle control ECU recognize specification information (whether the vehicle is equipped with the dynamic radar or not). When this procedure has not been carried out, this DTC may be output.
- Clear the DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
- Recheck for DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR
).
OK:
DTC P1570 is not output
NG: REPLACE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR
OK: SYSTEM IS OK
- Adjust the millimeter wave radar sensor (see ADJUSTMENT
).
