Steering Pad Switch: Inspection
- INSPECT STEERING PAD SWITCH ASSEMBLY (STEERING WHEEL SIDE)

- Disconnect the switch connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 7 (AU1-2) - 3 (EAU-1) VOL+ switch pushed 680 Ω 7 (AU1-2) - 3 (EAU-1) VOL- switch pushed 2880 Ω 10 (AU2-3) - 3 (EAU-1) VOICE switch pushed 2200 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the switch assembly.
