Front Axle Hub Bolt: Components: Replacement

REMOVE FRONT WHEEL
SEPARATE FRONT DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE FRONT DISC (See DISASSEMBLY )
REMOVE FRONT AXLE HUB BOLT
1. Temporarily install the 2 nuts and washers to the front axle hub bolt as shown in the illustration.
2. Using SST and a brass bar or an equivalent to hold the front axle, remove the front axle hub bolt.

INSTALL FRONT AXLE HUB BOLT
1. Install a washer and nut to a new front axle hub bolt as shown in the illustration.
2. Using a brass bar to hold the front axle, install the hub bolt by torquing the nut.

INSTALL FRONT DISC (See REASSEMBLY )

INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
Torque: 103 N*m (1,050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf)
