Cruise Control Main Switch: Removal

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system (See PRECAUTION ).

NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See INITIALIZATION ).
REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 STEERING WHEEL COVER (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE LOWER NO. 3 STEERING WHEEL COVER (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE STEERING PAD (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH
1. Disconnect the connector
2. Remove the 2 screws and the cruise control main switch.
