Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK LH)

    1. Disconnect the 2D, E1, E2 and E3 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
    TERMINAL DESCRIPTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART

    Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
    2D-62 (GND2) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
    E3-1 (GND3) - Body ground BR - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
    E2-1 (AM2) - 2D-62 (GND2) W - W-B Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V
    E1-6 (AM1) - 2D-62 (GND2) W - W-B Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  2. CHECK MASTER SWITCH

    1. Disconnect the I11 switch connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.
    TERMINAL DESCRIPTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART

    Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
    I11-11 (B) - I11-12 (GND) L - W-B Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V
    I11-12 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  3. CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR LH

    1. Disconnect the I12 motor connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    I12-2 (B) - I12-1 (GND) L - W-B Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V
    I12-1 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  4. CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Disconnect the 14 motor connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    I4-2 (B) - I4-1 (GND) L - W-B Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  5. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Disconnect the J11 motor connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    J11-2 (B) - J11-1 (GND) L - W-B Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  6. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Disconnect the J4 motor connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    J4-2 (B) - J4-1 (GND) L - W-B Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  7. CHECK SLIDING ROOF ECU

    1. Disconnect the R5 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    R5-1 (B) - R5-2 (E) L - W-B Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  8. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY)

    1. Disconnect the E29 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    E29-1 (+B) - E29-17 (E) B - W-B Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  9. CHECK ID CODE BOX (IMMOBILIZER CODE ECU)

    1. Disconnect the E28 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    E28-1 (+B) - E28-8 (GND) B - W-B Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  10. CHECK STEERING LOCK ECU

    1. Disconnect the E26 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    E26-7 (B) - E26-1 (GND) R - W-B Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  11. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER (A/C ECU)

    1. Disconnect the E36 amplifier connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    E36-5 (IG+) - E36-1 (GND) G - W-B IG power supply Engine switch off Below 1 V

    E36-6 (+B1) - E36-1 (GND) R - W-B Battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V

    E36-1 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  12. CHECK REAR AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL PANEL

    1. Disconnect the E55 switch connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    E55-6 (IG) - E55-1 (E) G - W-B IG power supply Always 11 to 14 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  13. CHECK RAIN SENSOR

    1. Disconnect the R11 rain sensor connector.
    2. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    R11-4 (SIG) - Body ground G - Body ground IG signal circuit (to IG relay) Engine switch off Below 1 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  14. CHECK WINDSHIELD WIPER ECU

    1. Disconnect the E89 and E90 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  15. CHECK OVERHEAD JUNCTION BLOCK

    1. Disconnect the R7 junction block connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    R7-16 (GND9) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Body ground Always Below 1 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  16. CHECK NO. 2 MAIN BODY ECU

    1. Disconnect the L33 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    L33-7 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  17. CHECK SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

    1. Disconnect the c38 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

  18. CHECK SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

    1. Disconnect the c24 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
