Inspection Procedure
- CHECK MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER
- Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.
Standard voltage

NG: Go to step 2
OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE )
- Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY - MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER)
- Disconnect the L62 navigation connector.
- Disconnect the R32 controller connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
STANDARD RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition L62-7 (MUT2) - R32-7 (MUT3) Always Below 1 Ω L62-7 (MUT2) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher Courtesy of © TOYOTA, LICENSE AGREEMENT TMS1002
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to Next Step
- CHECK MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER
- Reconnect the R32 controller connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.
Standard voltage
STANDARD VOLTAGE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition R32-7 (MUT3) - Body ground Audio system is playing Above 3.5 V NG: REPLACE MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER (See REMOVAL )
OK: REPLACE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
