3UZ-FE STARTING: IGNITION SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL IGNITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the ignition switch with the 2 screws.

(b) Install the clamp.

(c) Connect the ignition switch connector and unlock warning switch connector.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

4. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization Testing and Inspection.

NOTICE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
