Frame Wire: Installation: Installation

1. Install the frame wire with 3 new clamps.
2. Insert the frame wire into the floor panel hole.

3. Install the nut and clamp.

   Torque: 8.4 N*m (85 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf) 

4. Install the nut and clamp.

   Torque: 8.4 N*m (85 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf) 

5. Connect a new clamp.
6. Install the nut and a new clamp.

   Torque: 8.4 N*m (85 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf) 

7. Install the nut, bolt and heater pipe.

   Torque: 9.8 N*m (100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf) 

8. Install the nut and clamp.

   Torque: 8.4 N*m (85 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf) 

9. Connect the 2 wire harness clamps.
10. Engage the 6 claws to install the wire harness protector.
11. Connect the connector to the engine room junction block assembly.
12. Connect the No. 2 engine room wire with the bolt and 2 claws.

    Torque: 8.4 N*m (85 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf) 

13. Install the No. 1 relay block cover and 2 clamps.
14. Install the relay block cover.
15. Engage the 3 claws.
16. Connect the 3 wire harness clamps to the floor panel.
17. Install the wire harness protector and connect the clamp to the floor panel.

1. Connect the frame wire with the clamp and 2 nuts.

   Red Tape

   Torque: 9.0 N*m (92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf) 

   NOTE:

   • Make sure that the ends of the frame wire do not cross over each other.
   • Be sure to connect the frame wire to each correct terminal as shown.
2. Install the battery shield contact.

   *2	Frame Wire

   NOTE: Be sure to install the battery shield contact in the correct direction.

1. Install the No. 4 hybrid battery shield panel with the 3 bolts and nut.

   *1	Battery Cover Lock Striker
   *a	Push

   Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf) 

2. Install the battery cover lock striker, then push the button to lock it.
3. Connect the frame wire and install the nut.

   Torque: 9.0 N*m (92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf) 

4. Install the nut and connect the ground cable.

   Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf) 

1. Install the nut and clamp.

   Torque: 7.6 N*m (77 kgf*cm, 67 in.*lbf) 

2. Install the terminal cover.

1. Install the rear floor side member cover RH with the 2 bolts and 2 clips.

1. Install the front center floor cover RH with the 3 clips.

1. Install the front floor cover RH with the bolt and 4 clips.
