Fuel Relief Valve: Installation: Installation

- INSTALL FUEL RELIEF VALVE ASSEMBLY
- Install a new gasket to the fuel relief valve assembly.
- Using a union nut wrench (17 mm), install the fuel relief valve assembly to the No. 2 fuel delivery pipe.
Torque: 40 N*m (408 kgf*cm, 29 ft.*lbf)
NOTE:- Do not apply oil to the threads of the fuel relief valve assembly and No. 2 fuel delivery pipe.
- Do not allow foreign matter to enter the pipe during installation.
- Use the torque value compensation formula to calculate the torque value for use when a torque wrench is combined with a tool such as a union nut wrench. Refer to PRECAUTION .

- INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD

- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
