If the steering column assembly (tilt steering gear assembly w/ motor) is replaced, perform actuator angle neutral point calibration and initialization for the VGRS system (w/ VGRS system).

HINT: 

Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.
