| (a) EEPROM communication timeout | Occurred |
| (b) Permanent Fault Code | Stored |
CASE 3
| Either of following conditions is met | 1 or 2 |
| 1. Following conditions (a) is met | 2 data or more |
| (a) EEPROM communication timeout (more than 3 time) | Occurred |
| 2. Permanent Fault Code data (more than 10 time) | Mismatch |
