  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS

  3. CHECK DTC AND FREEZE FRAME DATA* 
    1. Check and record DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.
    2. Clear the DTCs and Freeze Frame Data (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2014 - 10/2015]  for DTC Check/Clear, or. Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [09/2014 - 10/2015]  for Freeze Frame Data).
    3. Reconfirm the DTCs.
      1. Reconfirm the DTCs based on the recorded DTCs and Freeze Frame Data (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2014 - 10/2015]  for DTC Check/Clear, or. Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [09/2014 - 10/2015]  for Freeze Frame Data).
