Installation [05/2023 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL ACCELERATION SENSOR
- for LH side:
- Install the acceleration sensor with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf/cm, 49 in.lbf)
NOTE:- Avoid any impact to the acceleration sensor.
- Do not drop the acceleration sensor. If it is dropped, replace it with a new one.
- Connect the connector.
- Return the floor carpet to its original position.
- Install the acceleration sensor with the 2 nuts.
- for RH side:
- Install the acceleration sensor with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf/cm, 49 in.lbf)
NOTE:- Avoid any impact to the acceleration sensor.
- Do not drop the acceleration sensor. If it is dropped, replace it with a new one.
- Connect the connector.
- Return the floor carpet to its original position.
- Install the acceleration sensor with the 2 nuts.
- for LH side:
- INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH

- INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

- INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTE:After replacing the absorber control ECU, it is necessary to perform registration of vehicle identification information. Vehicle identification information is automatically acquired when the system enters test mode.

- INITIALIZATION AFTER RECONNECTING AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL
HINT:
When disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, there is an automatic learning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.
