REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION UPPER TO COWL BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [09/2023 - 12/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [12/2023 - ]
REMOVE COWL VENTILATOR PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [09/2023 - 12/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [12/2023 - ]

REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

for 1Motor-HEV Model:
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22
for Gasoline Model:
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 25

REMOVE NO. 3 ENGINE COVER
- for 1Motor-HEV Model:
  Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23

REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR

Disengage the 4 wire harness clamps.
Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.
Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the converter with catalyst assembly.
- SST: 09224-00012
NOTE:
If the air fuel ratio sensor has been struck or dropped, replace it.
