Control Module HVAC: Service and Repair

Fig. 12 Instrument panel removal:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Snap out and remove right hand finish panel insert, Fig. 12.
3. Remove four screws attaching control assembly to instrument panel.
4. Slide control assembly out of instrument panel and disconnect the two electrical connectors by disengaging latches on bottom of control.
5. Remove control assembly from vehicle.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
