Cruise Control Switch: Service and Repair

1. Disarm air bag as described in ``Airbag System, Disarming.''
2. Remove airbag module retaining nuts, then the airbag module from the steering wheel.
3. Disconnect electrical connectors leading to switch assembly.
4. Remove two switch to steering wheel retaining screws and washers.
5. Remove switch and wiring assembly.
6. Reverse procedure to install, reactivate airbag as described in ``Airbag System Disarming'' and torque airbag module retaining screws to 36-48 inch lbs.
