Control Module Power Feed Check

  1. Turn ignition off. Unplug EVO control module 14-pin connector. See Figure . Turn ignition on. Using a digital volt-ohmmeter, measure voltage between pins No. 7 (Purple/Orange wire) and 5 (Black wire) at 14-pin connector.
  2. If battery voltage exists, replace EVO control module. If battery voltage does not exist, repair short to ground or open in Purple/Orange wire (circuit No. 298). Return to QUICK TEST A1  .
