NOTE: To determine appropriate pinpoint test, see SYMPTOM CHART table. Unless otherwise directed, perform pinpoint tests in order listed. The following illustrations are courtesy of Ford Motor Co.

Many test steps refer to pin numbers on various connectors. These connectors are identified in illustration. See Fig 1 -4.
