Test 1: No Communication With Stability Assist Module

  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect ABCM connector (C155). Turn ignition on. Using a DVOM, measure voltage between ABCM connector terminal No. 22 (Pink/Yellow wire) and ground. If voltage is more than 10 volts, go to next step. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair Pink/Yellow wire between ABCM and central junction box.
  2. Turn ignition off. Measure resistance between ABCM connector terminal No. 15 (Black/Yellow wire) and ground. Measure resistance between ABCM connector terminal No. 32 (Black/Yellow wire) and ground. If resistances are less than 5 ohms, see appropriate BODY CONTROL MODULES article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. If resistances are more than 5 ohms, repair open in Black/Yellow wire(s).
