Driven Sprocket: Check

  1. Check the bearing race to verify that it has not moved out of position or become scored. If worn or scored, driven sprocket will need to be replaced.

    Inspect the sensor wheel for bent or damaged tabs.

  2. NOTE: The speed sensor wheel only needs to be replaced if damaged.

  3. Remove the speed sensor wheel.
  4. Using the special tools, install new speed sensor ring.
