Pinpoint Test Pc: Data Link Diagnostics Network Test

PC1 RUN THE DATA LINK DIAGNOSTICS NETWORK TEST
- Carry out the diagnostic tool data link test.
- Do the networks pass the data link test?
- Yes : If only one module does not communicate with the diagnostic tool, DIAGNOSE the module in question first. GO to SYMPTOM CHART .
- No : If controller area network (CAN) circuits faults; all electronic control units no response/not equipped, GO to PINPOINT TEST J .
  If international standards organization (ISO) 9141 communications network circuit fault; all electronic control units no response/not equipped, GO to PINPOINT TEST K .
  
  If universal asynchronous receiver-transmitter (UART)-based protocol (UBP) communications network circuit fault; all electronic control units no response/not equipped, GO to PINPOINT TEST L .
  
  If no response from the diagnostic tool, GO to PINPOINT TEST M .
