Removal And Installation: Generator: Installation
- Install the generator and hand-tighten the lower generator bolt.
- Install the upper generator stud and nut.
- Tighten the generator stud to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).
- Tighten the generator nut to 47 Nm (35 lb-ft).
- Tighten the lower generator bolt to 47 Nm (35 lb-ft).
- Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner and install the accessory drive belt on the generator.
- Connect the generator electrical connector.
- Install the generator B+ terminal and tighten the B+ terminal nut to 17 Nm (150 lb-in).
- Install the upper radiator hose support cradle and reposition the upper radiator hose into the cradle.
- Install the engine cover.
